Courtney is a dedicated lawyer and natural problem-solver with a passion for advocacy and a commitment to delivering exceptional legal services.
Born and raised in Mississauga, Ontario, Courtney obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Law and Society (Honours) from Wilfrid Laurier University in 2016. She then relocated to Fredericton, where she pursued her Juris Doctor at the University of New Brunswick. Upon graduation in 2019, Courtney was admitted to the New Brunswick Bar, marking the beginning of her professional legal career. During her time in Fredericton, Courtney volunteered and served on the Board of Directors for the Fredericton Legal Advice Clinic, a not-for-profit organization which provides low-income families with access to justice. Since 2022, Courtney has proudly called Halifax, Nova Scotia, her home. Eager to expand her expertise and serve a broader community, Courtney later obtained admission to the Nova Scotia Bar in 2023.
Courtney is known for her strategic approach, attention to detail, and unwavering dedication to her clients' needs. While Courtney focuses on dispute resolution, she also excels at litigating.
